About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the day-to-day delivery of quantitative research projects
- Contribute to client projects from inception to completion
- Support senior researchers with research, analysis, and proposal preparation
- Participate in non-project initiatives, including exploring AI in research and developing new methodologies
- Support development of research proposals and liaise with suppliers to collate costs
- Prepare sales and marketing materials
- Update the client database and administer marketing campaigns
- Attend client briefings and liaise with clients throughout projects
- Manage personal deadlines and liaise with suppliers and colleagues to meet timelines
- Conduct desk research, develop surveys, and perform quality checks
- Script simple surveys using Qualtrics
- Monitor fieldwork progress and provide updates to colleagues
- Prepare data for analysis, including writing table specifications and analysing data using Q, SPSS, and Excel
- Develop familiarity with segmentation, conjoint, and regression analysis
- Set up and maintain online dashboards using Harmoni and DisplayR
- Participate in analysis brainstorming sessions and support debrief and report writing
- Attend client presentations
- Develop knowledge of new research methodologies and approaches, including AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for sports and gaming
- Curiosity for learning new methodologies, technology, and data analysis methods
- Experience or ability to support quantitative research projects across consumer and business audiences
- Ability to support research projects from inception to completion
- Ability to support research, analysis, and proposal preparation
- Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Ability to manage personal deadlines and project timelines
- Experience or ability to conduct desk research, survey development, and quality checking
- Ability to script simple surveys using software such as Qualtrics
- Experience or ability to prepare data for analysis using table specifications, Q, SPSS, and Excel
- Familiarity with advanced data analysis methods such as segmentation, conjoint, and regression analysis
- Ability to set up and maintain online dashboards using Harmoni and DisplayR
- Interest in new methodologies and the use of AI within research
