About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
Provide compassionate, high-quality care through telehealth
Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care
Develop treatment plans
Use comprehensive assessments
Partner with clients to achieve their goals
Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
Work with patients with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
Support expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English
Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Current independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or an equivalent credential
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
