About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program
Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan
Partner with commercial health plans and provide care as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider
Conduct approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
Work with patients who may have chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning
Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day
Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals
Obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning skills
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Current full/independent clinical licensure
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week
