About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
  • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
  • Provide care through partnerships with commercial health plans and as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider
  • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments
  • Develop treatment plans
  • Partner with clients to achieve their goals
  • Treat patients with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
  • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
  • Support Brave Health's expansion by obtaining additional state licenses when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's level degree and licensure
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
  • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
  • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
  • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
  • Treatment planning
  • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
  • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
  • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
  • Fully/independently licensed in at least one state
  • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
  • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week
