About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care
- Deliver mental health treatment through technology to expand access
- Serve patients across the lifespan
- Work with commercial health plans and as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider
- Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Work Monday through Friday on a set schedule of 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EST
- Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Ongoing, unrestricted U.S. work authorization without reliance on visa sponsorship or renewal
- Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Currently fully/independently licensed
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
