About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient clinical services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver compassionate mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day
- Diagnose or support diagnosis of mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
- Develop treatment plans
- Partner with clients to achieve goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Provide approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Treat patients with chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
- Collaborate with the clinical and recruiting teams throughout the application and placement process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English
- Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Current full/independent clinical licensure
- Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
