Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide full-time outpatient therapy through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17
- Provide approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily
- Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
- Develop treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Partner with clients to achieve their goals
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
- Work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule during an available 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm ET shift
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred and other languages a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning skills
- Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments
- Current independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or another listed clinical credential
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week and typically 6–8 patients per day
- Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
- Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17
- Experience providing one-on-one psychotherapy within the last 12 months
