About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program
Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care through technology
Provide care to patients across the lifespan
Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals
Diagnose or address mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
Develop treatment plans
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the workday
Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day
Support expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or applicable independent clinical licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements
Fluency in English
Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning skills
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day
Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
