About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide full-time outpatient therapy through Brave Health's telehealth program
Deliver mental health treatment remotely to patients across the lifespan
Provide care to adolescents ages 13–17
Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy sessions
Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
Develop treatment plans
Use comprehensive assessments
Partner with clients to achieve their goals
Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
Maintain approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English
Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to use comprehensive assessments
Current independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or equivalent credential
Ability to commit to a fixed Monday–Friday schedule
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
One-on-one psychotherapy experience within the last 12 months
Comfortable treating adolescents ages 13–17
Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically 6–8 patients per day
Comfortable completing clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
