About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program
Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Develop treatment plans
Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day
Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
Support expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred and other languages a plus
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
Ability to use comprehensive assessments
Current full/independent clinical licensure
Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
