Key responsibilities & impact

Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program
Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17
Provide one-on-one psychotherapy
Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
Develop treatment plans
Conduct comprehensive assessments
Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals
Provide approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day
Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools
Serve patients through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare

What you’ll need

Master's level degree and licensure
Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements
Fluency in English
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning skills
Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Ability to use comprehensive assessments
Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17
Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically 6–8 patients per day
Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
Ability to commit to a fixed Monday–Friday schedule
Experience providing one-on-one psychotherapy within the last 12 months is assessed in the application
