About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program
- Deliver mental health treatment directly to patients through technology
- Provide care to patients across the lifespan
- Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care
- Develop treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Work in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Provide care in a HIPAA-compliant private home workspace
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's level degree and licensure
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ongoing, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or renewal
- Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English
- Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
