About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage portfolio strategy to drive growth and positive P&L impact
  • Lead high-level meetings with internal and external partners, including C-suite interactions
  • Serve as the primary escalation point across departments
  • Lead day-to-day operations and prioritize opportunities to advance the program
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion and maintain an active project tracker/roadmap
  • Ensure on-time project delivery through influence and escalation
  • Optimize contractual fund usage and meet contractual payment obligations
  • Maintain expert knowledge of client contracts and create contract summaries
  • Analyze SLA reports and address potential SLA misses with external partners
  • Assess SLA impacts during new project and program implementations
  • Oversee portfolio strategy impacts on client P&L and enterprise budget
  • Analyze fraud rules and regulations to safeguard profitability
  • Monitor credit management procedures and cardholder inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on escalated issues
  • Use reporting for planning, budgeting, forecasting, real-time decisions, and linking metrics to activities
  • Communicate results to leadership and provide strategic recommendations for program growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field of study, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 10–13 years of work experience in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management
  • Experience managing or supporting a credit card portfolio, including SLAs, operational performance, risk, fraud, and partner escalations
  • Ability to influence and drive results across complex, matrixed organizations and external partner relationships
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational, and project coordination skills
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and escalation decisions
  • Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future
  • F-1 student visa holders are not eligible
  • Ability to travel up to 5% quarterly
  • Ability to work outside standard business hours when required
