About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute best-in-class marketing programs across B2B and sales finance portfolios and channels
- Develop B2B2C and sales finance marketing strategies
- Manage inbound marketing, lead generation, sales enablement, cross-sell/upsell, and retention initiatives
- Drive internal and external marketing campaigns supporting growth strategies
- Work with Sales and Account Managers to manage existing accounts
- Collaborate with the B2B Marketing Director and cross-department stakeholders
- Analyze complex business challenges and deliver presentations to internal and brand-facing audiences
- Facilitate meetings to align goals and strategies
- Use industry benchmarks and test-and-learn methods to identify and implement marketing strategies
- Build marketing plans and optimize program performance against campaign KPIs and annual goals
- Analyze information gaps and evaluate technologies and data to optimize B2B lead scoring, ABM, and vertical-based programs
- Oversee adherence to bank compliance standards for capabilities and clients’ omnichannel marketing materials
- Support escalated issues and remediation for Marketing Manager-level staff and below
- Develop target account lists, target personas, account profiles, and programs to accelerate pipeline and acquisition
- Evaluate and report campaign performance and establish measurement requirements and dashboards
- Coordinate Bread Pay’s editorial calendar for Merchant Success & Partnership
- Partner with Brand & Creative to align campaigns with brand strategy, visual identity, messaging, voice, and tone
- Coach Marketing Managers and associates and provide mentoring and training
- Report to a Director or above; no direct reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 10–13 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Segmentation, Credit/Payments, Managing Test and Control, Analyzing Marketing Campaign Data, Leading a Team, or related experience
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or fintech preferred
- 5–7 years of proficiency with marketing automation software, including HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- 5–7 years of proficiency with Salesforce CRM
- Ability to travel up to 20% annually
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship
- F-1 student visa holders are not eligible
- Ability to perform essential job functions and meet physical, mental, and work-environment requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
