About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Rotate through 2–3 technical teams across Technology and Analytics Departments
- Explore areas including InfoSec, Engineering, Data Analytics, and Solutions Architecture
- Complete role-specific training and Talent Development curriculum
- Assist Deposit Operations with planning and executing automation improvements
- Create reporting to support a strong, effective control environment
- Support operational reporting requests and metrics
- Build knowledge of the Bread Savings program and broader organization
- Collaborate with internal and external partners and business teams
- Identify, resolve, and escalate concerns as needed
- Participate in cross-functional projects and team overviews
- Support internal and external audits
- Follow established quality, productivity, risk, and compliance guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree
- Recent college graduate
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship
- F-1 student visa holders are not eligible
- Microsoft Office
- Time Management
- Professional Etiquette
- Programming automation tools/workflows
- Reporting tools, such as Cognos
- Prior banking industry experience preferred
- Previous completion of a Bread Financial Summer Internship preferred
