About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of product owners and/or product managers focused on complex end-user experiences
  • Develop and communicate product vision and strategy
  • Align product goals with business objectives
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of product roadmaps
  • Ensure timely, quality delivery of product features
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment across products
  • Ensure cohesive product development and alignment of team activities with product strategy
  • Communicate team progress to senior leadership
  • Serve as a liaison between Product and other departments
  • Report to a Director or above
  • Manage 6–10 direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 10–13 years of experience in product management or a related field such as business analysis or project management
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Ability to work full time in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Product Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience (preferred)
  • 13+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Information Technology, financial services, payment, or online and mobile platforms (preferred)
  • Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
  • 2+ years of experience building or launching products using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI at scale
  • 2+ years translating business requirements into technical product roadmaps and delivery plans
  • 2+ years of experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot or equivalent
  • Strong technical background delivering complex platforms or enterprise systems
  • Experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, or AI development platforms
  • Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and AI Risk Management
  • Experience with RAG and agentic AI architectures
  • Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations
  • Ability to travel up to 10% annually
