Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, development, and evolution of platform services, automation solutions, and cloud-native engineering capabilities
  • Create reusable platform products, shared services, self-service capabilities, and intelligent automation solutions
  • Define strategic direction, architecture, standards, reference architectures, and reusable patterns for enterprise platforms
  • Drive cloud-native modernization and oversee APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and self-service capabilities
  • Define automation strategies for the AI-driven development lifecycle and lead AI-powered platforms and autonomous workflows
  • Establish governance for automation-first practices and drive adoption of AI agents and orchestration technologies
  • Define reliability, resilience, scalability, and performance strategies
  • Lead CI/CD, observability, operational intelligence, infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation, and cloud operations capabilities
  • Drive monitoring, automated remediation, intelligent workflows, and reliability improvements using metrics
  • Define platform governance, security, compliance, risk strategies, enterprise guardrails, and policy frameworks
  • Lead secure-by-design, automated compliance, security capabilities, platform controls, and policy automation

  • Lead adoption of LLMs, agent orchestration, MCP, RAG, and emerging AI technologies
  • Guide intelligent developer experiences and autonomous engineering capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1 cloud certification: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader
  • 5–8 years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, automation engineering, or related disciplines
  • Experience in Golang development preferred
  • Familiarity with AWS and microservices preferred
  • Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications in cloud platforms, DevOps, platform engineering, software development, automation, AI/ML, data engineering, or related technologies preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 5% quarterly
  • Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship
  • F-1 (student) visa holders are not eligible
