About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop features and products to improve the end-to-end consumer experience
- Own the product vision and roadmap
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to identify market trends and develop product differentiation strategies
- Manage prioritization and delivery of large-scale product features
- Guide product improvements and define business requirements
- Ensure adherence to security policies and controls
- Set product performance metrics and conduct ongoing analysis
- Drive improvements in customer experience and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise effective solutions
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and lead with strategic and analytical expertise
- Analyze financial insights and key business drivers to refine product offerings
- Conduct market research and identify and prioritize new product opportunities
- Report to a Manager and above

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, business analysis, information technology, or related areas
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Product Management, Business, or related field
- Previous experience in a Product Manager role or equivalent product management capacity
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and business outcomes
- Experience managing customer-facing digital products and journeys within financial services, fintech, payments, lending, or related industries
- Experience using data, customer insights, experimentation, and AI-enabled tools to drive product strategy and improve business outcomes

- Ability to travel up to 5% annually
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship
