About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with enterprise customers throughout the sales process

- Establish best practices across architecture, delivery, and customer success
- Create the technical foundation for long-term regional growth
- Lead enterprise implementations from solution design through deployment
- Ensure AI solutions operate reliably and effectively in production
- Solve high-impact technical challenges alongside customers and internal teams
- Bring customer feedback into Product and Engineering roadmaps
- Adapt solutions to regional market needs
- Represent the technical organisation across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience
- 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams
- Experience building technical organisations from the ground up
- Proven ownership of production systems at scale
- Comfortable discussing architecture with engineers and strategy with executive leadership
- Able to balance hands-on execution with long-term technical vision
- High ownership and bias for action
- Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Prior Startup Founder experience is a MUST
- Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, and modern AI infrastructure
- Experience delivering AI-powered products into production is highly desirable
- Excellent English communication skills
- Fluent or native in the local market language
- Confident leading customer meetings, technical workshops, and executive presentations
