About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build integrations between the platform and client systems, including ERPs, WMS, TMS, and data warehouses
Deploy alongside clients in their environments and understand operational workflows and data issues
Design, implement, and iterate AI workflows using agentic flows, prompt engineering, context design, and output evaluation
Own reliability, performance, monitoring, failure-mode identification, and continuous improvement of live deployments
Translate field learnings into product feedback, technical documentation, and reusable playbooks
Work directly with clients and the Implementation team to execute technical platform deployments

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on engineering experience
Experience with Python, REST APIs, and SQL
Portfolio of shipped integrations or systems
Ability to work in ambiguous client environments without complete specifications
End-to-end understanding of data flows, data quality, and reliability for AI use
Working understanding of AI and LLMs, including prompt design and output evaluation
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to operations leaders and engineers
Fluency in Spanish and English
Based in LATAM or the US
Availability to work across time zones and travel to client sites when needed
Nice to have: background in supply chain, logistics, or operations
Nice to have: experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, ERPs, or WMS platforms
Nice to have: previous forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience
