About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead customer deployments and take ownership of the outcome
- Spend time on-site to understand workflows, users, and operational challenges
- Build and adapt full-stack software using TypeScript, React, and Python or Node.js
- Turn customer needs into clear engineering work and iterate with users in live environments
- Identify which solutions should become reusable product capabilities
- Own deployments from kickoff through go-live, working with real data, legacy systems, and evolving requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 2–4 years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong TypeScript and React skills
- Experience shipping working software and improving it through direct user feedback
- Ability to manage a customer deployment from kickoff through go-live
- Clear communication with both technical teams and customers
- Comfort working with ambiguous requirements and messy data
- Willingness to spend significant time at customer sites and travel frequently across the Gulf and beyond
