About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own accounts payable and accounts receivable end to end
Review incoming transactions, resolve discrepancies, follow up with vendors, and maintain aging
Bring recurring and one-off journal entries in house with audit-ready support
Run month-end and year-end close, including accruals, account analysis, reconciliations, and working papers under ASPE
Produce financial statements for two entities, including intercompany and schedules for management reporting
Lead ERP implementation, including configuration, data validation, testing, documentation, and workflow design
Automate manual workflows using LLMs
Support audits by preparing schedules, answering questions, and resolving auditor issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

CPA is a plus, not a requirement
4+ years of full-cycle accounting, including owning a month-end close rather than contributing to one
Real ASPE grounding
Multi-entity experience, including consolidations and intercompany
Extreme attention to detail
Excel and Google Sheets at scale
SQL, or the appetite to learn it fast
Experience with Snowflake and Metabase, or ability to learn and use them quickly
High agency
Concise communication
Low ego
