Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–2+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably involving general liability, construction, personal/catastrophic injury, contracts/business, and/or commercial disputes
  • Comprehensive experience preparing pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and legal briefs, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, attending mediations, and appearing in court
  • Experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions preferred but not required
  • Trial and arbitration experience is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills
  • Client-focused mindset and passion for achieving successful outcomes
  • Ability or desire to manage a caseload independently while working collaboratively
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Current admission to the Colorado State Bar required
