About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare monthly financial reporting in collaboration with the accounting team
Participate in the year-end close and annual financial statement audit
Help implement tools and KPIs for real-time monitoring of the company’s financial position
Monitor the 2027 budget
Improve cash management tracking tools
Prepare cash flow plans and monitor working capital requirements
Monitor invoicing, payments, and collections
Ensure CRM data integrity
Improve CRM processes
Monitor monthly revenue against the budget and forecasts
Prepare and share key information with teams
Analyze the profitability of initiatives and decisions
Continuously improve Finance tools and dashboards
Contribute to the company’s overall development and the growth of the Bridge team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (university, IAE, or business school) specializing in corporate finance, audit, or management control
1 to 3 years of successful experience in financial analysis, operational management control, or financial audit; substantial internships and work-study experience will be considered
Ability to turn numbers into actionable insights to support operational management
Advanced Excel skills
Strong accounting fundamentals: monthly closings, provisions, prepaid expenses and accrued liabilities
Good familiarity with a market ERP, such as SAP, NetSuite, Cegid, or Pennylane
Absolute reliability of deliverables and verification of data at the source
Ability to communicate clear financial analyses to non-financial operational teams
Ability to identify underlying trends and suggest optimization opportunities
Ability to manage stress and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to understand the company’s operational drivers
