Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain the integrated program plan, including milestones, critical path, and cross-team dependencies
Run program governance cadence, including program syncs, cross-team stand-ups, sprint reviews, and milestone readiness checkpoints
Track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Escalate early with a recommended path forward when milestones are at risk
Maintain integrated timelines, RAID logs, resource and capacity views, and status reporting
Help teams apply agile practices consistently while aligning to fixed program dates
Own Jira tracking across teams, including boards, epics, features, workflows, fields, and naming standards
Build and maintain dashboards, filters, and JQL queries
Produce and explain program metrics such as velocity, burn-up, flow, and progress against milestones
Prepare and facilitate meetings with senior client leaders, steering committees, portfolio reviews, and leadership syncs
Turn complex delivery data into concise executive-ready updates and presentations
Frame options, capture decisions, and follow through on action items
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Identify problems proactively and take ownership of solving them
Contribute to firm initiatives, knowledge sharing, and appropriate new business opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, agile delivery, or management consulting
Strong program management fundamentals: integrated planning, milestone and critical-path tracking, dependency and risk management, status reporting
Hands-on experience working in an agile environment (Scrum and/or Kanban)
Strong knowledge of SAFe and scaled agile concepts
Advanced Jira skills: board and workflow configuration, dashboards, filters and JQL
Confidence leading meetings and discussions with senior leaders and executives
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Prior consulting or client-facing experience
Familiarity with Confluence or other collaboration tools that pair with Jira
Project management or agile certification preferred but not required, including CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, or SAFe certification
