About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary brand ambassador across local communities
  • Execute field recruitment strategies to generate leads and applications
  • Attend community fairs and host off-site presentations at daycares, youth groups, and community-based organizations
  • Organize cold-calling campaigns and lead neighborhood canvassing efforts
  • Conduct personalized follow-ups via phone, email, and messages
  • Answer family questions, guide prospective families through application steps, and re-engage uninterested leads
  • Host in-person and virtual information sessions, campus tours, and family orientation opportunities
  • Capture photos and videos at school events for communication platforms and brand awareness
  • Conduct application verification calls
  • Capture accurate applicant data and update recruitment tracking systems promptly
  • Work closely with the Director of Recruitment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build rapport with diverse families and community stakeholders
  • High energy, self-motivation, and willingness to continuously learn and adapt
  • Willingness to engage in active field work: approximately 45% standing, 30% walking, and 25% sitting
  • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
  • Successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
  • Prior experience in community outreach, student recruitment, event planning, sales, or admissions preferred
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred
