About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage communication with dealers, truck stops, and truck fleets to exceed sales targets
- Cultivate a prioritized list of target fleets
- Partner with Dealer Commercial Sales Representatives to conduct daily sales calls
- Lead business planning with dealers to set growth targets and strategies
- Drive training and adoption of Bridgestone Fleet Care Solutions, programs, and sales tools
- Monitor dealer inventory levels and forecast future needs
- Collect competitive intelligence
- Conduct Fleet Genba activities through direct on-site observation of customer operations
- Recommend solutions to fleet customers
- Adhere to safety protocols, customer safety requirements, and proper PPE usage
- Report to the Region Manager
- Partner with dealers and the market team to drive commercial tire and retread business growth in South Florida
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of related industry experience
- Must live in the South Florida market
- Compliance with safety protocols and customer safety requirements
- Proper PPE usage
- Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification required at the start of employment if hired
- Temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify employment
