About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Guide customers through discovery and implementation processes to optimize use of the Bridgeway software suite
Guide customers through change when moving from one system to another
Align projects with business objectives
Construct detailed work plans
Manage project teams, milestones, budgets, timelines, resources, scope, margins, and billable utilization
Lead client implementations from project kick-off through go-live and transition to support
Manage communications, escalations, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and update schedules, budgets, estimates, and project financial forecasts
Identify and mitigate risks affecting budget, timeline, and efficiency
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Participate in process improvement activities
Collaborate with professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services/hosting teams
Lead requirements gathering, estimating, and proposal creation
Coordinate requirements, engineering handoff, integration, training, and knowledge transfer
Track project portfolio performance against key metrics and recommend efficiency improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience leading and delivering projects, including responsibility for project planning, execution, budget, schedule, and stakeholder management
Experience implementing enterprise software or technology solutions for external stakeholders is preferred
Ability to work on challenging projects that require creativity and prioritizing work loads
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles
Experience with online professional services automation solutions such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView and SmartSheet
Strong MS Office skills
Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred
