About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create and conduct interactive classes for customers using proprietary enterprise benefits administration software
  • Own customer-facing training end to end and serve as the primary point of contact for training engagements
  • Independently learn the product and customer configurations to build and facilitate internal and external training curricula
  • Develop and maintain exercises, job aids, quick-reference guides, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and subject matter experts to keep curriculum current
  • Deliver customer-specific training virtually and on-site, tailored to customer configuration and skill level
  • Manage training schedules and deployment across customer accounts
  • Gather feedback and performance data to evaluate and refine content and delivery methods
  • Consult with customers and internal teams on training scope and approach for complex requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering technology-based training to adult learners and developing curriculum
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Ability to partner with subject matter experts
  • Technical writing skills and experience producing job aids, quick-reference guides, and process documentation for a technical or software audience
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain complex software functionality clearly and engage individuals at all organizational levels
  • Proactive, self-motivated self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and process and customer-experience improvement
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training engagements simultaneously
  • Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
  • Certification in training or learning and development is preferred
