About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and delivery of induction sessions, compliance training, and ongoing development programs
  • Support the Head of L&D in facilitating workshops and training sessions, and independently run sessions as confidence develops
  • Track attendance, completion, and feedback for L&D programs
  • Build and maintain induction materials, training guides, and e-learning content
  • Manage L&D resource libraries, update content, retire outdated material, and flag content gaps
  • Partner with subject matter experts to turn knowledge and processes into blended training content
  • Manage the L&D calendar and coordinate with People Ops, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Administer the LMS or equivalent, including enrolments, completions, reporting, and access troubleshooting
  • Process L&D-related invoices, bookings, and vendor coordination within budget
  • Prepare regular reporting on training completion, engagement, and program effectiveness for the Head of L&D and Executive team
  • Gather and collate program feedback to support continuous improvement
  • Help build structures, content, and cadence for scalable learning and development programs at Bridgit, a non-bank lender transforming access to property equity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1–3 years' experience in an L&D or training administration role, or equivalent transferable experience such as program coordination or customer training
  • Experience designing training content and materials, including slide decks, resources, assessments, and activities
  • Practical experience with an LMS or training platform
  • Tech-savvy, curious mindset with ability to master new software, systems, and apps
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple programs and stakeholders
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present clear training materials and facilitate groups
  • Ability to create new processes and structure and maintain existing systems
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) desirable
  • E-learning creation experience, including Articulate 360, desirable
  • Basic video editing experience desirable
  • Experience or interest in using LLM AI tools desirable
  • Experience in fintech, lending, or another highly regulated industry desirable
  • Successful completion of pre-employment reference checks and a standard police check
  • Ability to work from the Sydney hybrid office arrangement
