About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create process flows, wireframes, and user stories to support solution design and produce developer-ready features
  • Design and improve end-to-end customer and broker journeys across Bridgit’s digital experiences
  • Help break larger work items into smaller, self-contained components for iterative delivery
  • Track ideas, feature requests, and improvements across the product roadmap with Product Managers
  • Scope initiatives into actionable tasks with clear timelines and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, operations, and stakeholders
  • Translate customer feedback, user behaviour, and internal insights into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Perform testing and QA, identify bugs, edge cases, and usability gaps, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes
  • Identify and deliver improvements to customer experience, usability, and efficiency
  • Maintain product documentation in tools such as Jira and Notion
  • Advocate for customer and broker perspectives throughout development
  • Support feature rollouts through internal communications, training materials, and stakeholder updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in a product, delivery, business analyst, UX, digital, or similar role, or a strong track record of transferable experience
  • Strong interest in customer experience, UX, and building intuitive digital products
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communication
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, curiosity, and comfort with ambiguity
  • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar concepts and tools
  • Interest in technology and product development
  • Ability to work with technical teams and quickly learn new tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to think through customer journeys, edge cases, and interconnected experience components
  • Comfortable using customer feedback, product analytics, and data to understand problems and inform decisions
  • Familiarity with Jira, Notion, HubSpot, Figma, or product analytics tools such as LogRocket
  • Experience creating wireframes, process flows, prototypes, or mapping customer journeys
  • Experience working on customer-facing digital products, portals, apps, or self-service experiences
  • Exposure to mortgage lending or regulated financial services
  • Successful pre-employment screening, including reference checks and a standard police check
