About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with Credit, Sales and Operations teams to identify efficiency improvements throughout the end-to-end loan application journey
  • Build, monitor and maintain sales and performance dashboards
  • Keep metrics accurate and up to date
  • Surface clear, actionable insights for stakeholders on business performance
  • Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Translate findings into performance insights and recommendations for leadership
  • Support management of third-party onboarding and relationship management
  • Liaise with the Sales team to ensure scorecards and performance monitoring remain relevant and are used efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience in a business analyst role or equivalent
  • Strong experience creating, analysing and monitoring dashboards and reporting using PowerBI and HubSpot
  • Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear performance insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Tenacious attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Track record of delivering results
  • Passion to learn and develop
  • Drive to take ownership of an area of the business
  • Friendly, energetic, authentic and helpful approach
  • Successful pre-employment screening, including reference checks and a standard police check
