About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children

  • Provide supervision, care, curriculum delivery, and services in an early education/preschool child care center

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education required
  • A study plan leading to an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education required
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education strongly preferred
  • At least two years of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred
  • Must pass required state and company background checks
  • Must meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
  • Must comply with applicable immunization, employment physical/screening, and health and safety training requirements
