Key responsibilities & impact

Design, provision, configure, and operate cloud or infrastructure components using approved architecture patterns
Automate repeatable provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operational tasks
Implement security, identity, networking, backup, monitoring, and availability controls
Investigate incidents, capacity issues, vulnerabilities, and performance problems
Maintain runbooks, diagrams, standards, and change records
Collaborate across engineering and operations
Contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience stated in the job overview
Typically 4+ years in a related professional role; exact threshold must match the approved requisition
Practical experience with the primary programming language and framework, APIs, SQL, testing, Git, and CI/CD
Professional experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or systems operations
Hands-on knowledge of named cloud, operating-system, container, or automation technologies
Understanding of networking, identity, security, monitoring, and availability fundamentals
Experience with scripting, automation, source control, or infrastructure as code
Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues methodically
Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
U.S. work authorization as a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, EAD holder, or H-1B transfer candidate; new H-1B sponsorship unavailable
Full-time direct W2 employment; not open to C2C or 1099
