Key responsibilities & impact

Define or clarify objectives, scope, priorities, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
Coordinate stakeholders, delivery teams, resources, dependencies, risks, and decisions
Maintain backlogs, roadmaps, project plans, status reports, and governance artifacts
Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, reviews, and issue-resolution discussions
Track progress and use feedback, delivery metrics, and lessons learned to improve outcomes
Coordinate business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize outcomes, and deliver projects or products
Apply Agile or hybrid delivery practices throughout the delivery lifecycle
Work with cross-functional teams to contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 7+ years in a related professional role
Practical experience with Agile or hybrid delivery, planning, scope, milestones, RAID management, stakeholder communication, and reporting
Experience in the product, project, business analysis, or delivery discipline relevant to this role
Ability to gather requirements, establish priorities, and communicate decisions
Experience coordinating stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and competing dependencies
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or traditional project delivery practices
Strong planning, analytical, facilitation, and written communication skills
Ability to manage risks, issues, and changes while maintaining focus on business outcomes
U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply
