Design, provision, configure, and operate cloud or infrastructure components using approved architecture patterns
Automate repeatable provisioning, deployment, configuration, and operational tasks
Implement security, identity, networking, backup, monitoring, and availability controls
Investigate incidents, capacity issues, vulnerabilities, and performance problems
Maintain runbooks, diagrams, standards, and change records
Collaborate across engineering and operations
Contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions through the delivery lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience stated in the job details
Typically 4+ years in a related professional role (the posting notes the exact threshold must match the approved requisition)
Practical experience with metrics, logs, traces, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana or equivalent, alerting, and distributed tracing
Professional experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, or systems operations
Hands-on knowledge of named cloud, operating-system, container, or automation technologies
Understanding of networking, identity, security, monitoring, and availability fundamentals
Experience with scripting, automation, source control, or infrastructure as code
Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure and production issues methodically
Strong documentation and cross-team collaboration skills
