Key responsibilities & impact

Gather business and technical requirements
Document current-state and target-state processes
Configure, develop, integrate, or administer the enterprise platform within approved design standards
Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies
Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
Support deployments, user adoption, and issue resolution
Contribute to continuous process improvement
Work with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 7+ years in a related professional role
Practical experience with OneStream XF, metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, consolidation, planning, and financial reporting
Experience implementing, developing, administering, or supporting OneStream or an enterprise platform
Strong understanding of relevant business processes and platform core capabilities
Experience gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions
Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support
Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external partners
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply
Must not require a new H-1B visa petition sponsorship
Direct W2 employment; not open to C2C or 1099
Additional hands-on depth in OneStream XF, metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, consolidation, planning, and financial reporting (preferred)
Experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices (preferred)
Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements (preferred)
Relevant professional certifications or advanced training (preferred)
