Key responsibilities & impact

Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes
Configure, develop, integrate, or administer the enterprise platform within approved design standards
Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies
Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement
Contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle
Work with cross-functional teams, business users, technical teams, and external partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years in a related professional role
Practical experience with SAP Basis, system administration, transports, upgrades, HANA, monitoring, performance, and SAP technical operations
Experience implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the enterprise platform identified in the job title
Strong understanding of relevant business processes and the platform’s core capabilities
Experience gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions
Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support
Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external partners
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are eligible; new H-1B sponsorship is unavailable
Direct W2 employment; not open to C2C or 1099
Preferred: additional hands-on depth in SAP Basis, system administration, transports, upgrades, HANA, monitoring, performance, and SAP technical operations
Preferred: experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices
Preferred: familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements
Preferred: relevant professional certifications or advanced training
