About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes
Configure, develop, integrate, or administer the enterprise platform within approved design standards
Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies
Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement
Work with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Contribute to reliable, maintainable enterprise solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 7+ years in a related professional role
Practical experience with SAP functional configuration, business process analysis, functional specifications, integration testing, cutover, and user adoption
Experience implementing, developing, administering, or supporting SAP or the enterprise platform identified in the job title
Strong understanding of relevant business processes and SAP core capabilities
Experience gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions
Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support
Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external partners
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
U.S. citizenship, Green Card, EAD, or eligible H-1B transfer status; new H-1B sponsorship unavailable
