About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes
- Configure, develop, integrate, or administer the enterprise platform within approved design standards
- Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies
- Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement
- Implement, configure, integrate, or support enterprise platforms and business applications
- Work with cross-functional teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in a related professional role
- Practical experience with SAP PP, BOMs, routings, work centers, MRP, production orders, and manufacturing planning
- Experience implementing, developing, administering, or supporting an enterprise platform
- Strong understanding of relevant business processes and platform core capabilities
- Experience gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions
- Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support
- Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external partners
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- U.S. citizenship, Green Card, EAD, or H-1B transfer status encouraged; no new H-1B sponsorship available
