About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead business analysis activities, including elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and translate needs into actionable requirements
Contribute to the design and evolution of digital products, workflows, dashboards, and client-facing solutions
Partner with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Support agile delivery through backlog refinement, user story development, acceptance criteria definition, and requirements clarification
Define and shape high-quality digital solutions
Support product discovery through problem definition, opportunity assessment, stakeholder workshops, and requirements prioritisation
Translate business strategy and user needs into product concepts, features, and delivery roadmaps
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Technology teams to validate ideas and shape solutions
Use experimentation, prototypes, proof of concepts, and user feedback to inform decisions
Gather requirements for AI-assisted workflows, automation, knowledge management, productivity, and employee experience solutions
Assess business opportunities for AI and translate them into practical requirements and user outcomes
Model business processes and workflows
Support the design and implementation of automated workflows across multiple business functions
Define requirements for dashboards, reporting solutions, analytics products, and user interfaces
Work with data, analytics, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Work effectively across remote and geographically dispersed teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years' experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
Strong experience producing detailed business and functional requirements documentation
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments
Ability to quickly understand new business domains, technologies, and business processes
Experience working with distributed and remote teams
Experience working within Professional Services organizations
Executive Search, Recruitment, Consulting, or related professional services experience highly desirable
Experience working on digital client portals and client-facing platforms
Ability to define requirements and user experiences for secure sharing of data, insights, reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
Experience supporting product discovery activities, including problem definition, opportunity assessment, stakeholder workshops, and requirements prioritisation
Ability to translate business strategy and user needs into product concepts, features, and delivery roadmaps
Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Technology teams
Experience using experimentation, prototypes, proof of concepts, and user feedback
Experience balancing business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints
Familiarity with AI-enabled products and solutions
Experience gathering requirements for AI-assisted workflows, automation, knowledge management, productivity, or employee experience solutions
Familiarity with low-code, no-code, or AI configuration environments
Ability to assess business opportunities for AI and translate them into practical requirements and user outcomes
Experience modelling business processes and workflows
BPMN modelling experience preferred, ideally using tools such as Bizagi
Experience supporting automated workflows across multiple business functions
Experience working on data-centric projects
Ability to understand high-level datasets, data structures, and data models
Experience defining requirements for dashboards, reporting solutions, analytics products, and user interfaces
Ability to work with data, analytics, and engineering teams
