About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, design teams, and technology teams
- Define, shape, and deliver high-quality digital solutions
- Translate business strategy, user needs, and emerging technology opportunities into valuable products and services
- Operate across discovery and delivery activities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solutions
- Support successful implementation of client-facing, workflow, AI-enabled, and data-driven products
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years' experience in a Product Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience producing detailed business and functional requirements documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Proven experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new business domains, technologies, and business processes
- Experience working with distributed and remote teams
- Experience working within Professional Services organizations
- Executive Search, Recruitment, Consulting, or related professional services experience would be highly desirable
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, H1B holders, or H-1B transfer candidates
- New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored for this position
