Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a closely related discipline
6+ years of experience required; five or more years of professional experience designing and developing production-grade web or mobile applications
Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, responsive design principles, and end-to-end product design processes
Advanced working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React
Hands-on production experience creating responsive user interfaces, interactive prototypes, reusable design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architectures
Proven experience developing front-end applications using React; familiarity with Angular or Vue is a plus
Strong knowledge of responsive web design, CSS frameworks, browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG), front-end optimization techniques, and UI performance best practices
Experience with Git-based version control workflows, Agile development methodologies, design collaboration tools, developer handoff processes, and release management practices
Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs, cloud-hosted applications, authentication systems, and modern deployment environments
Strong analytical thinking, usability evaluation, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills
U.S. work authorization as a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, EAD Holder, or H-1B transfer candidate; new H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored
