About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather business and technical requirements and document current-state and target-state processes
- Configure, develop, integrate, or administer the enterprise platform within approved design standards
- Coordinate interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process dependencies
- Plan and execute unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Support deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement
- Implement, configure, integrate, or support enterprise platforms and business applications
- Contribute to reliable, maintainable solutions through the delivery lifecycle
- Work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically 7+ years in a related professional role
- Practical experience with SQL, Excel, data profiling, KPI definition, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder analysis
- Experience implementing, developing, administering, or supporting the enterprise platform identified in the job title
- Strong understanding of relevant business processes and the platform’s core capabilities
- Experience gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions
- Knowledge of integrations, data flows, testing, and production support
- Ability to work with business users, technical teams, and external partners
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply
- Must not require a new H-1B visa petition sponsorship
- Additional hands-on depth in SQL, Excel, data profiling, KPI definition, reporting, visualization, and stakeholder analysis
- Experience with cloud services, automation, and modern delivery practices relevant to the project
- Familiarity with secure development, accessibility, governance, or regulatory requirements where applicable
- Relevant professional certifications or advanced training in the role’s technology area are preferred
