About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage all aspects of patient flow and clinic operations
- Execute BrightView’s operations playbook for the clinic
- Plan, lead, and deliver regular team meetings
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience
- Identify and facilitate resolution of issues and conflicts within the center
- Ensure clinic staff compliance with policies, procedures, workflows, and training
- Manage site-level personnel across multiple professional disciplines
- Cultivate staff development and set clear performance expectations
- Establish staff performance improvement plans and redirection/retraining efforts
- Develop community partnerships with BrightView’s Outreach teams
- Ensure collaboration with the Quality department partner
- Fulfill the Program Administrator role as outlined by State Administrative Code as needed
- Follow and enforce federal, state, and local healthcare requirements
- Lead new staff onboarding and training
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a human service-related field, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting; or 2+ years’ experience in a clinic-based position within BrightView with leadership/management responsibilities
- Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
- Ability to build a team-centric environment with colleagues
- Ability to cultivate collaboration amongst staff in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Competence working with a diverse population of colleagues and patients
- Natural problem-solving ability and sense of urgency
- Professionalism and ability to manage conflict
- Adaptability within a dynamic work environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Empathy and compassion to support patients’ recovery journeys
- High integrity and compliance with work standards and regulatory requirements
- Prior experience with harm reduction is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
