About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments based on clinic needs and best-practice guidelines
- Provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
- Assist with treatment planning
- Review progress toward treatment plan goals
- Coordinate patient care with the onsite multidisciplinary team
- Attend required on-site staff and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Timely and comprehensively document necessary treatment data in the electronic patient health record
- Follow regulatory and company compliance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 years of experience in a relevant field preferred
- At minimum Bachelor's degree, as required by state-level regulation
- Active clinical licensure consistent with state-level regulatory requirements, at minimum
- Understanding of addiction therapy
- Ability to plan and conduct group therapy sessions and patient intake assessments
- Ability to provide crisis and de-escalation techniques
- Ability to assist with treatment planning and review progress toward treatment plan goals
- Ability to coordinate patient care with an onsite multidisciplinary team
- Ability to document treatment data in an electronic patient health record
- Ability to follow regulatory and company compliance requirements
