About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end project delivery from kickoff to handover
Ensure NetSuite implementations and related initiatives meet agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality standards, and governance requirements
Serve as the primary interface between customer stakeholders and Bring IT delivery teams
Resolve delivery issues or trigger escalation when required
Define and control project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria
Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependency tracking
Ensure activities align with contractual commitments and SOW definitions
Establish and run weekly project meetings, steering committees, and executive reporting cadence
Provide status reporting on progress, risks, issues, and decisions
Manage customer stakeholders and expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle
Drive clarity on scope boundaries, change management, and decision ownership
Ensure customer engagement and readiness for UAT, cutover, and go-live
Coordinate functional consultants, technical consultants, solution architects, and integration and product teams
Optimize resource utilization and workload balancing
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and formal change control
Ensure adherence to Bring IT’s 360° Success Implementation Methodology and NetSuite leading practices
Validate project charters, design documents, UAT plans, and cutover and handover documentation
Lead user adoption, UAT, training, readiness validation, and handover to support/Care teams
Ensure smooth transition from implementation to post-go-live operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in project management
2+ years of proven experience delivering full-cycle ERP implementation projects
Experience in NetSuite ERP implementations
Experience in Professional Services and SaaS
Full English professional fluency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
SuiteSuccess methodology experience
PMP certification is a plus
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Initiative and self-motivation
Ability to deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines for internal and external customers
