About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with cross-functional teams to provide customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution
- Support execution of approved Advisory Boards
- Identify HCP consultants based on approved Consultant Engagement Project Brief profiles
- Facilitate, participate in, and attend Advisory Boards
- Support disease-state and approved on-label product conversations focused on key topics
- Engage with assigned Thought Leaders and solicit feedback
- Participate in and attend congresses and other industry meetings
- Conduct 1:1 meetings with HCPs
- Attend meeting sessions at congresses
- Provide input and support in developing account plans for Sales Speaker Management and Engagement
- Identify and develop HCP Speakers for compliant promotional education
- Provide refresher and follow-up training to Speakers
- Host and ensure compliant execution of branded and unbranded Speaker programs
- Monitor Speaker performance at live programs
- Collaborate with home office Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams
- Assist in developing Home Office Brand Strategy and executing it in the regions
- Perform all activities with the highest degree of professionalism and in accordance with applicable compliance requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to provide customer insights and input on strategy, tactics, messaging, and program execution
- Ability to support approved Advisory Boards and identify Healthcare Professional (HCP) consultants
- Ability to support disease-state and approved on-label product conversations using approved promotional messaging and PReP-approved materials
- Ability to engage with assigned Thought Leaders (TLs) and solicit feedback
- Ability to conduct 1:1 meetings with HCPs
- Ability to develop HCP Speakers and provide compliant promotional education
- Ability to train Speakers on PReP-approved materials
- Ability to work in accordance with BMS policies, governing laws, regulations, industry codes, and Principles of Integrity
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
