About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community health care professionals within the assigned geography
- Provide clinical and product education for BMS hematology and oncology products through 1:1 interactions, group presentations, and remote channels
- Assess treatment and patient management landscapes, needs, and current processes/protocols
- Use approved on-label CNC resources and presentations while ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Evaluate the impact of CNC activities and plan follow-up or next steps
- Respond and adapt to educational gaps and customer needs
- Monitor CNC dashboard and account data and adjust activities and business plans
- Maintain knowledge of treatment landscapes, product attributes, and disease states
- Deliver educational speaker programs in approved out-of-office settings
- Deliver educational in-services for HCP customers
- Provide product demonstrations and infusion support for CAR T sites starting new patients
- Support clinical, disease-area, and product-specific training for internal stakeholders
- Participate in assigned Medical Congress activities
- Share clinical insights and patient-management experiences internally to support franchise strategy
- Develop relationships with hematology- or oncology-focused Patient Support Groups and present approved educational materials as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- APP (DNP, APRN, NP, CNS) or MSN or BSN
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a Hematology/Oncology disease area
- Current active Nursing License
- OCN Certification
- Clinical depth within Hematology, Oncology, and Cell Therapy disease states
- Nurse Educator experience within the bio/pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Advanced communication and presentation platform skills
- Experience transferring clinical expertise to others and influencing patient management processes/protocols
- Collaboration skills
- Established relationships with health care providers within the assigned geography
- Willingness and ability to fly and drive within the territory
- Valid state-issued driver license and clear driving record
- Ability to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to operate in compliance with all laws, regulations, and policies
