About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to support manufacturing readiness timelines for assigned commercial and clinical launches
  • Develop, maintain, and track launch plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items using SmartLaunch
  • Plan and facilitate meetings with agendas, pre-reads, minutes, decisions, and follow-up actions
  • Prepare and communicate project status, updates, decisions, issues, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
  • Identify, assess, document, and escalate launch risks and issues; support mitigation planning
  • Initiate and coordinate global launch change control in the BMS quality system
  • Apply standard launch processes, tools, templates, and best practices across assigned launches
  • Support change management and adoption of new launch processes, tools, and systems
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to improvements for future launches
  • Provide backup coverage for launch activities and support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the Launch and Lifecycle Management Excellence Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field is required
  • 2–4 years of project or program management experience, preferably supporting complex cross-functional or matrix teams
  • Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, meeting facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating complex projects, launches, technology transfers, or lifecycle transitions
  • Working knowledge of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and experience operating within a regulated environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and take initiative
  • Proficiency in project management tools
  • Project management training or certification is preferred
  • Experience within Cell Therapy is preferred
  • Experience with OnePlan Portfolio Management and SmartLaunch is a plus
